I started my professional career as a full stack developer, but, recently, my main responsibility and interest has been system analysis, team building, and counsulting and management of IT projects.

I joined Part Co. as an intern, but after about one year, I, along with a number of my colleagues, finished one of the most important projects in that company.
Web Developer & Team Lead
Partdp Co
Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, Iran
I was promoted to a senior member of Part and tried to improve my ability to write better and more readable code, and I usually tried to instruct what I had learned to the junior members.
When RASAM project has been fundamentally changed and entered design and analysis phase again, I became responsible to convey the project outlines to my colleagues, since I was familiar with the details of the project.
The most precious accomplishment that I acquired through the years I worked in Part Co. was joining the infrastructure and analysis team which was a highly valuable experience for me.
Freelancer
Silicon Informatics

Finally after three years working in Part, I decided to resign. Although it was possible for me to continue my career there, but I decided to start freelancing, since I believed that I had the capabality to manage IT projects independently.
The most important challenges of my freelancing business was to keep myself up to date. That was why I tried to become familiar with new technologies. One of its outcomes was to learn new version of Angular through 100 hours self studying, and starting a new relevant project.
The other significant experience that I obtained during that time was to learn how to communicate with the project beneficiary and how to make a contract. However, is it undeniable that I made a lot of mistakes which thaught me a huge amount of beneficial lessons and resulted in success in my profession.
I also voluntarily taught a complete set of web technologies to almost 20 people in less than a year for free. I faced a lot of problems regarding to communication with students and preparing the outline of the classes, but I was always trying to complete those sources, and to fix deficiencies.
CTO, Technical Analyst, Recruitment Manager & Team Lead
Pardican Sarv
Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, Iran
From the beginning of the 1397, one of the companies that I used to do some projects for them, offered me a tempting suggestion which was to build a team including some junior members, instruct them, and to manage them in order to implement several projects.
To build the team, I interviewed many people, selected some of them, and gradually instructed the technolochies, which were needed for our work, to them. After these phases, we started some projects.
At first, I have to do programming along with other team members, but after a while, when our team became bigger and completed, I helped coordinate the team.
During this period of time, I became familiar with many new aspects of IT projects such as interview, the calculation of members' salaries, insurance, management of work forces, and etc.
According to the fact that it is not enough to learn new things just by trials and errors, and the practical experiences should not be the only resource to learn from, I took an MBA course in Mahan Institue in order to study a relevant subject to my job academically.
Since I believed that agile development method was essential for our projects, I implemented the scrum framework for one of them. As a scrum master, I try to guide the development team. Also, I am preparing myself for PSM I Exam.
I am still really interested in programming, and try to help my team to do the projects better and more efficient.

In the middle of the 1396, before I joined Pardican Sarve Co., I started to work with Hooma Startup Company as a senior technical member of the team. After joining Pardican Sarv, I continued my cooperation with Hooma as a technical consultant.
Scrum Master
Moje Hamrah
Mashhad, Razavi Khorasan, Iran
I have been there for eight months during which I have mainly tried to make the team members familiar with the agile concept and explain them why the scrum framework is beneficial for our work.
I concentrated on improving my ability to organize the team and convey the product manager's point of view to all team members in order to make such a decisions which are compatible with the company's goal.
I really pay attention to team members to have face to face communication with each other, and to detect errors with the help of the tools which offered by scrum framework.
Depending on the circumstances, I take the responsibility for some other tasks as well as practicing the agile development method in the company. For instance I assist the manager in the recruiting the technical forces through interviewing and reviewing the CVs.
